What should I wear to my therapy session?

For lower-body injuries, shorts are ideal; for upper-body issues, a tank top or loose t-shirt works best. We have washrooms available if you need to change upon arrival.

What is your therapy appointment cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of therapy appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients on our waiting list. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
