Advanced light technology utilizing specific wavelengths to safely penetrate deep into tissues, reducing inflammation and significantly speeding up recovery times.
Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) uses red and near-infrared light to target damaged cells. When the photons of light penetrate the skin, they are absorbed by the mitochondria inside the cells. This absorption leads to an increase in cellular energy (ATP) production. With more energy, cells function more efficiently, repair pathways are highly accelerated, circulation is improved, and pain-inducing inflammatory markers are flushed out of the area faster than normal.
No. We use what is often called a "Cold Laser." It does not generate thermal heat that can burn tissues. The treatment is completely painless, you will typically feel nothing at all during the application.
LLLT is an extremely safe, non-toxic, and non-invasive therapy. There are no known negative side effects, making it a powerful alternative to painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications.
We recommend that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your therapist to easily access the area being treated. For lower-body injuries, shorts are ideal; for upper-body issues, a tank top or loose t-shirt works best. We have washrooms available if you need to change upon arrival.
We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of therapy appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients on our waiting list. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
We are located at 83 Kennedy Road S, Brampton, ON.
