Manual Therapy

Personalized, evidence-based treatment plans focusing on movement restoration, effective pain management, and preventing further injury so you can rebuild your strength.

How it Works

Manual Therapy is a primary care, autonomous, client-focused health profession dedicated to improving quality of life by promoting optimal mobility, physical activity and overall health and wellness. Our registered physiotherapists conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose orthopaedic, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions. We then deploy active therapies, joint mobilization, education, and modalities to address the root cause of your pain rather than just treating symptoms.

Common Conditions Treated

  • Sports Injuries
  • Post-Surgical Rehab
  • Neck & Back Pain
  • Arthritis
  • Posture Realignment
  • Repetitive Strain

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows the physiotherapist to easily assess and treat the affected area. For example, shorts for knee injuries or a tank top for shoulder pain.

Is a doctor's referral required?

No, you do not need a doctor's referral to see a physiotherapist. However, some extended health insurance plans may require one in order to reimburse you for the cost of treatment.

How long is each session?

Initial assessments typically take 45-60 minutes to thoroughly evaluate your condition. Follow-up treatment sessions are usually 30-45 minutes, depending on your personalized care plan.

I'm not sure which service I need (e.g., Physio vs. Chiro). Can you help?

Yes! If you aren't sure where to start, feel free to give us a call or send us an email. Our team can help direct you to the right practitioner based on your symptoms and goals.

What should I wear to my therapy session?

We recommend that you wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows your therapist to easily access the area being treated. For lower-body injuries, shorts are ideal; for upper-body issues, a tank top or loose t-shirt works best. We have washrooms available if you need to change upon arrival.

What is your therapy appointment cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling of therapy appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients on our waiting list. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

Where are you located?

We are located at 83 Kennedy Road S, Brampton, ON.

Where can I park?

We've got you covered. There is plenty of free parking located directly in front of the clinic.
